Storm of Criticism Over MANGROVE ESPORTS LAN Management
The popular gaming figure TENNYSON has recently raised serious concerns about the LAN event management of MANGROVE ESPORTS. According to him and several participating teams, the event lacked transparency, structure, and proper planning throughout its execution.
From upside-down team banners to disorganized schedules and irresponsible management, teams and players expressed frustration over what they described as a chaotic experience. This is not the first time MANGROVE ESPORTS has faced such criticism regarding its LAN events — but this time, the backlash has sparked even greater discussion across the Bangladeshi Free Fire Esports community.
Although MANGROVE ESPORTS reportedly receives official support from Garena and organizes LAN tournaments across the country, many believe their poor management is damaging the credibility of the scene. In a country where gaming already faces social stigma, such unprofessional arrangements — like hosting “LAN tournaments” with school desks, plastic chairs, and cheaply printed banners — only worsen public perception.
As a result, the true excitement and prestige of LAN tournaments risk being lost, leaving players and fans questioning whether this approach truly benefits the growth of Bangladesh’s esports ecosystem.
